At Yeszee Women’s Wear, we want you to love every outfit you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item should be in its original condition without any damage or stains.
- A valid order receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item due to size issues or product defects, we will gladly assist you.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive a store credit.
Return Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
- Approved returns will be processed as store credit or refund according to our policy.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered outfits
- Products returned after the return period
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and your order details. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.
